This is the day the Lord has made and I will rejoice and be glad in it. We are told in Matthew 6:33 "But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you." Matthew 5 :14 "Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. "
Till Heaven and earth pass ... God is in control, He is here always. The election is over, the people have chosen and God is on the Throne . Psalm 118:8 says "It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man."
Pray for our leaders, pray for our country, pray for revival. God bless our country.
